Our goal is to enrich customer user experiences and mission related operations through the conversion of optimized business processes into realistic technical requirements, enabling the delivery of valued IT solutions.
We offer our clients a wide range of services from systems engineering, software development with AWS cloud computing, and UX design. Our core values are centered around innovation, agility and reliability.

Meet the Owner
Tiffany Metzger
Ms. Metzger has over 15 years of professional experience collaborating with government customers to define requirements, optimize business processes, and implement technical solutions. She graduated from Johns Hopkins University, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in the Computer Science discipline. Ms. Metzger has instinctive problem solving and analytical skills, passionate interest in learning new technical skills, and unique ability to quickly master new technical competencies. Ashael Tek Solutions is an extension of these core skills and has created a track record of team success, customer satisfaction and delivery of high-quality, sustainable solutions.
Outside of the office, she spends her energy nurturing, educating and entertaining her two children, Ashley and Michael--both who inspired the creation of "Ash-ael" Tek Solutions and remind her of the importance of work/life balance. She volunteers as a Team Captain for the National Kidney Foundation's Annual Greater Baltimore Kidney Walk, in support of her cousin living with kidney disease.
